Witnessing how 3 have been shafting their customers lately with retrospective downgraging charges etc - I would not bother with them.
Customer Service is also dreadful. Just look and see how many High Street dealers are promoting 3 these days.... because they know about the feedback..... and the commisssion clawbacks due to returns... It's unlikely 3 will be the same company by the end of this year. Avoid! Last edited by wavejockglw : 07-01-2007 at 22:38. |

No problems, oh and one of the reasons other shops do not promote, is that 3 are opening their own shops...Ie East Kilbride. Better deals through the customer services over the phone. N73 is a good un through 3 too, I just got it as an upgrade free on 12m contract and 6months half price again. |

Funny how 02, Orange, Vodafone and T-Mobile all have their own shops yet Carphone Warehhouse, Phones4U still sell them....
Upgrades on 3 are OK but that does not affect new customers who now have to commit to 12 months on a tariff and get charged £25 to downgrade thereafter. Sadly customer service is still much poorer than any other network and value for money is''nt great either when compared with others these days. Best advice for an N73 or anything else - shop around. |

Don't avoid them folks, they did have a bad rep a while back but things have improved big time. |

Just beware of the new £25 to drop down the price plan if you ever want to.....
