I was wondering though if SR was trying to find out the minimum level of interest for a GMR T shirt as a viable thing - ie a print run!! We could select a GMR thread fav photo, then have the caption writing competition! (Sorry mind now working overtime!). ”

I was thinking more of a fashion based MR tee rather than just a screen print of a normal photo. I've got a few people I know in NYC who take photos of famous people and jazz them up for tee's and other tops. It would just be handy to know the quantities that could be sold, how much of a percentage of sales could goto Children in Need and/or a charity of MR's choosing and other bits and pieces like that.

Was thinking along the lines of a slogan... 'Is that a stump in your pocket...'

Sounds like a good idea. But.... I think a refined, dignified slogan as created by Rampants would be better!

But what about the image rights/agreements issue?

gawd - its always a bad idea to plant an idea into the head of a serial entrepreneur... should be thinking about my tax bill...not starting a fashion line (which is actually one of my dreams)!!!

I think this tee idea is going to be workable but it needs to be done in an organized fashion. I'm going to suggest that we collectively decide upon which dancers and celebs we want on our chests (insert pun and/or laughter here). I personally think by right, the winners of each series so far should be included in the range. Secondly, once a decision as to which people will make up the line has been made, a competition will be launched for 2 weeks to find the best slogan for each tee. I think the tee should be available in a classic (or unisex if you like) and fitted fashion stylee in a limited range of colours.
