well, i have been with them for 3 years spend at least £60 a month normally £90 (use it for work) and in november i fell into arrears with them, which i know is my fault etc etc...

i paid the arrears within 4 days, and they sent me the sim update and everything was fine, until..... last sunday when i checked my online bill and i now owe them £150!!!!! i had been put on a plan 19 tariff or something???

anyway i rang them up and was told i was put on this tariff because i went into arrears and they have now archived my tariff (premier £55 a month) and i can't rejoin it! but what gets me is that not at ANY point was i told of this and am disgusted at how they can just do that, costing me a fortune....

so thats what they done wrong lol! i am gonna buy my contract out and join another company, sod 'em!
