Does anyone know of a company that has a facility where you can call them on a landline or 0800 number and get a second dial tone (or switchboard) and then dial out over VoIP at better rates. I'm thinking international calls from my mobile and only paying for the landline call plus VoIP international rates.

voipcheap.com can work using a landline, it calls your landline first then calls the destination number, but think you have to pay if its from your mobile.

Otherwise looks around at Alpha, or any other calling card services. A lot of the prices are comparable to VoIP services.
