Though a few shows don't do as well on BBC1, comparatively speaking. And some shows that get good rating like little britain can lose their edge. I personally think there is not point moving shows between the channels, if peole can't be bothered to turn the channel to BBC2, then it's their loss.

I think you're maybe right, perhaps it should have just stayed on BBC2 as it was one of its most popular programmes.

Although, if it means it getting more viewers on BBC1 then that's certainly a good thing. They should have actually shown it on BBC1 last year after the success of the first series back in 2005.
The first series was a partial success but the second series was when the ratings really shot up and when BBC One naturally snatched it away from BBC Two. I hate it when they do that.

The first series was fantastic, but the second series was absoloute crap. In series one, each contestant was chosen because of their business skills and it was a proper competition. In series two though, the contestants were picked so that they would clash with each other and so there would be arguments. Hardly any of them last year were actually good business men or women.

It's not so much that they lose their edge. It's that they are not allowed to be the shows that produced the ratings, the success and quality.

As soon as Little Britain moved they had to drop half of the swear words or dub over them.

I agree that there is no point moving shows from 2 to 1. Different if it were solely on 3 or 4 then yeah, fair enough, Not everyone has access to those, but to move from 2 to 1!

Have heard it will air in late March, on BBC1 not 2! This is because of its success on BBC2! Can't wait!

Last year it was reported that the next series will be AS last one it was speculated that another entrepreneur would take over. Any one know what the current situation is?

I wonder if this is gonna be better than the 2nd one! I loved the 2nd series.

But I do hope Sir Alan gets an Apprentice that won't cock-up or to give him a 'cock-up' because of their looks.

Can't wait to see Cheryl Cole in the celeb version and can't wait for the new series to start either, should be good so long as there is someone of the Badgers quality! Her car sales task was the highlight of the last season, she really could sell anything!

If Series 3 starts on Wednesday 21st March, it would be a day after my birthday!
I watched that Opera programme last week, so I could see any adverts for it, but there were none Maybe the BBC are trying to kill Channel 4's ratings in May and June to make Big Brother 8 look rubbish.

Which makes sense - New Street Law should either finish on March 28th or April 4th - depending on whether they show an FA Cup Quarter-final replay.

"The Apprentice debuts on BBC One and puts a new group of aspiring tycoons through their paces to win a job with the multi-millionaire and self-confessed "most belligerent person you'll ever come across", Sir Alan Sugar."

Looks like it might be starting 28th March

Apprentice - You're Fired is returning, on BBC 3 and probably a later repeat on BBC One or Two.
