T-Mobile Flext

Hi,

I have the T-Mobile Flext plan where I pay £35 a month, and get a £180 allowance. I have never spent it all, but this, well last, month I have. My new allowance should start today, as it always tops up on the 10th but it's been saying I have 21p left for a couple of hours now. Even though I've sent about 3-4 texts. I don't want to send anymore, just incase it over charges me for this. Would it automatically go through, and start a new allowance? Am i worrying over what may be an error in their part?

Thanks!

The allowance kicks in the day after your bill is printed. If there is an error with when you get your allowance and you get charged for something you'd normally not pay for then call customer service on 150 and you'll get a refund but you'll need to chase it up - Tmobile won't notice it otherwise.

I must admit I have had this problem today and for the last couple of days - the allowance on 150 or on the Internet via My T-mobile have not been updated very quickly and as a result I have gone over my bill.

For example this morning I had 78p left so I wasnt going to use anything so I didnt got over but then I rang 150 about 10mins ago and have gone over (even though I havent used anything today e.g. texting or calling anyone).

Not going to bother ringing T-mobile about it because I have only gone over by 52p.

Roll on tomorrow so I can get my £180 allowance!!!!

The my t-mobile is still coming up as £0, and now 150 isnt working so i cant even phone them up. If my allowance is supposed to kick in today, and it's not updated on the website, will it still be updated via the bill, and count?

As long as you're sure your allowance should start to day then Tmobile will honour any refunds but you will have to chase them for it - do not expect them to automatically work it out, the computer systems aren't set up that way.

If you are due a refund it will be credited to your next bill.

Does that mean I've gone over my limit today if it is reset at midnight? Opps
