Wait for the N95, by the looks of it its going to be thee phone for 2007. unless that new iphone steels the limelight. Fingers crossed the N95 is supposed to be out in march. if you need one sooner i think id go for the N80 in black.

I have the n73 and it is in no way slow to respond to anything. Saying that texting was a pain to start with until i noticed on the nokia website they have a SMS accelerator to speed things up which has worked wonders. Also no matter what phone symbian is on it will be slower than normal mobile software. So get to a shop and play with one yourself and you will see that its not be any means slow. |

I have the N70 and it's a great phone apart from it taking a while to do anything once you press the button (like create text message it takes upto 2 seconds to go to the screen).
I guess this is because it's a Smart phone and used software rather than the old hardware type. I think most Smart phones will be a bit slow (maybe some of the newer Smart phones might be a bit better with a faster processor)? I'm guessing most of the other N series phones will be the same (although it's not too much of a problem - just a bit anoying some times). If I was to get a new phone now I'd prob go for the Samsung D900 (after having many Nokia's for the past 6+ years). |
