You're probably best off asking at www.toppy.org.uk, where there are lots more users.
SuperFi are fairly popular for retail sales, and although they're not the cheapest, many people speak highly of the service they get from Turbosat, who are the official distributor.

I buy mine from Turbosat. Excellent service, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Got mine from firebox.com, arrived following working day delivered by citylink at 3.30pm.
They provided a tracking number so that you could see where the parcel was via citylink's website.
Don't pay the extra unless you want a guaranteed delivery date because if you order it early enough and it's in stock it should be delivered next working day.
Couldn't fault service at all. Came in a massive box with lots of bubble wrap and a free small pack of fizzy cola bottle sweets!
It's also £40 cheaper than at turbosat!

Got mine from Empiredirect.com - very good service, especially if you are close enough to one of their pick up points- no waiting for delivery (and it's a free service).
Got my 250gig Polar White Toppy from Turbosat too. Mentioned it was cheaper at Super Fi (who killed mine before I got it) and they said they'd do it for £259!!

Phoned Turbosat who refused to pricematch. So went to House of Fraser who did. Couldn't complain about them, and I wanted to support Toppys on the High Street.
One aspect that is often overlooked when purchasing online is the delivery method used. Some couriers (Parceline was my latest bugbear) are really only geared up for business destinations, only delivering Mon-Fri, and so are no good if you are generally out then. What's worse is that they only offer redelivery Mon-Fri and will only do a Sat if you pay extra! Plus their depots are often a very long way off and (guess what?) are open only Mon-Fri.
