orange CARE?LOL
rang orange up for second time today as my replacement phone has crap reception since i got it and the aerial dropped off! they said i have to wait a few days for the technical team to contact me about sorting out/replacing the handset. surely this cant be right? it seems unfair that i dnt have a working phone which is what im paying for. any1 else had this prob?
