T-Mobile Top-Up Problems
Hi
Is anyone else having problems topping up their T-Mobile phone using there credit or debit card on 150. I tried to use mine but it says it can't be authorised and then wants to put me though to customer services but I gave up waiting. It won't let me change my price plan either without going through to customer services and now there is a message saying that due to high call volumes there may be a long wait. All working fine here I topped up my phone with a debit card about half hour ago.

Don't know if its related but my t-mobile account was unavailable on the website about 5 mins ago.
Maybe a problem at their end? |
