Hi
Is anyone else having problems topping up their T-Mobile phone using there credit or debit card on 150. I tried to use mine but it says it can't be authorised and then wants to put me though to customer services but I gave up waiting.
It won't let me change my price plan either without going through to customer services and now there is a message saying that due to high call volumes there may be a long wait.
I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem.
