Ah I thought he would turn out to be Ashleys. Does this mean Dr. Matt will take Joshua or will Ashley somehow keep him? I can't see Dr. Matt taking him away as that would totally destroy Ashley and then surely his only option would be to leave, but I haven't heard anything.

I also thought he would turn out to be Ashley's too. If you get the latest edition of Inside Soap (Fornight Ending 28 Feb) it tells you in there. Ashley takes the news rather well, but Fred doesn't. |

Cause if you remember he thought Fred was his Uncle until a couple of years ago, and he doesn't want that for little Joshie! |

awwww poor Ashley.
And fancy Fred acting the way he did!!! What got me was when Ashley was in his own home, without even breaking down. One minute he can't go anywhere near the place the next minute he's practically moved back in without a thought that his wife was murdered right there!!!! |

Didn't Fred's solicitor friend say that he didn't have a leg to stand on legally because Josh is a 'child of the marraige' and Ashley's name is on the birth certificate? It's a lot more complicated than that. If the bould doctor is the biological father, he does have some rights. Ashley has some also as he's been taking care of the child (which is indeed a child of the marriage); however his placing his name on the birth cert doesn't confer any more rights on him than if he hadn't. Placing his name on the birth cert has conferred obligations on Ashley rather than rights - in other words if Maxine and Ashley had divorced she could have been awarded child support even though Ashley isn't the biological father. |

And if you also watch neighbours you will rremember the Lou/Lolly/John storyline!
Lou's ex had an affair, got pregnant, but Lou didnt know about it. Brought Lolly up on his own for many years after Cheryl died. The after a few years John came along and took Lolly away! (legally I might add). |

Della's Lovebite
Did anyone not think the Lovebite bit was a bit wierd last week when Della's Dad kept trying to persuade everyone it wasn't a lovebite & then saying to Della "Lock your windows but keep your bedroom door open, I'll be there"... spooky or what? Surely he couldn't have been the mystery "Love-biter" !!!
Alas, I am in Australia now, so will not be seeing Night&Day anymore, unless its on in Oz. I seem to remember someone saying it is, but I can't find it anywhere in the schedules! Help!!!

Originally posted by SmokefreeGirl Ive watched it a few times, its like a antasy/drama/soap/comedy all roled into one, as for 'how can you have a mystery love-biter?' anything is possible with Night And Day. One night time stood still, the clock said like 11pm or something and all the electricity went off, this was for the whole hour of the show, and this really weird guy called Gabriel tuned up, at the end of the hour he went, lights came back on and it was still 11pm!
