I'm due for a free upgrade from Orange next month and wondered if anyone can recommend a phone? I've been looking at various models but am getting more and more confused!

Ideally I would like it to record decent quality video (my current phone is Samsung E350 - great phone, crap video capture!), have tri band, and perhaps allow me to select mp3s as message tones, although this isn't essential. I know the Nokia N90 (I think) does great videos because my friend has one, but that's not available as an option on the Orange website. Is there anything similar around?

Any suggestions gratefully received!

I have Samsung D900 which is a great phone, you cannot select mp3's as message tones but that aside it's one of the best at the moment.

I've been considering that one, it looks quite good, but some of the reviews say the video isn't that great. Are they just being fussy? Obviously I don't expect camcorder quality, just something that's watchable and not blurred!

Video quality seems ok to me, it is certainly not blurred and seems pretty watchable.

I just got the SE w850i today and I love it. Not to fussed on the orange backlight which comes on sometimes but I'm sure i'll get used to it.

I've been looking at that one too, although it seemed quite bulky when I saw it in a shop window. Guess it would be a bit bigger though as it's a Walkman phone...
