dead nano?

so my nano is 3 days old just went to play a song and its frooze and cant turn it off, anyone got any ideas as to what to do, apart from take it back 2 morrow

I've never used any sort of ipod before, but it may have a reset button on it? Otherwise I don't know.

toggle the hold thingy on the top & hold down the menu & center buttons together

then the screen should fade & it should restart itself

unfortunately thats as far as my knowlege goes, both of mine have always worked properly :/

It would help if people read instructions for items though when they get them!

Well apple have the same sort of thing but its diffrent its called disc mode so ha ha no

i mean everyone knows where the reseet button is
but applle ipods got that hold menu and select for 5 seconds same thing in a diffrent way !

There should be a reset ipod option on itunes.

Ipod's don't seem to ome with many instructions so it's very hard to read them!
