I'm due for my upgrade next month, and like the look of this handset... does anyone have it and do they recommend it?
Also, it does not say it's a camera phone on the specification, which is fine...but can it receive/send pics?
Thanks guys

my mate has got the w950i and although its a really good walkman phone, like you get albums which you can attach pictures to and it is touchscreen there is no camera. which these days is a mega downside

If they attached a camera to this phone, no one would buy the K800i. That's why they did it

I think thats how it works now W models are Walkman music phones and K are Kamera (camera) picture phones. But saying that my w850i does both and is excellent.

W models are designed for music.
K models are designed for the camera.

If you look you will notice the W models dont usually have as many camera features and most lack Auto-Focus. I really want the K800i but by Xmas they will have a new one out

Can it send/receive pics though?
And does it have bluetooth?
The woman at o2 is really trying to put me off getting it, and I don't know whether thats her personal opinion, or whether o2 have told their staff to try not to sell it...

Got myself one of these yesterday (personally i love it)

It has No Camera
It has bluetooth and infrared
It can send and receive pictures (which you can use for your contacts) either through the sms, email, bluetooth, infrared or download them from your computer through usb
It plays music and videos

I've ordered it this evening... hope I made the right choice! I rarely use the camera on my current phone anyway, so figured if I ever did need a pic on there, I can use my current handset or computer, and bluetooth it across.
My iPod broke a few weeks ago, so this phone is ideal with all the memory on it

Its easy getting pictures from the device and too it

On my previous phones i only ever used the camera once or twice so its no great loss to me
