You can find full details at Neonode's website.
The main site has a PDF file with all the specs, and the forum has an FAQ with common questions answered.

In brief, they're making 1,000 units initially, which are being sold only within Sweden by pre-order. This is generally expected to happen before the end of Feb.

Then production will ramp up, and the UK is apparantly near the top of their priorities.

The price banded around has been 450 Euro without contract, but you should be able to get it discounted with contract - maybe 50 or 100 quid. Not sure.

It also runs windows CE, and they are apparantly going to make the Software Development Kit freely available (i.e. you can write your own applications to run on it).

I agree, it look liks a gorgeous phone.
