Hi All,

Does anyone know how I can find out which O2 Pay-As-You-Go tariff I am on (ideally without calling Customer Services).

I've tried via their website but the appropriate link has been failing for a few months.

Thanks,

Steve.

The standard O2 PAYG tariff is 'Talkalot'. If you've not changed it since joining O2 this is what you'll be on.

Thanks.

When I bought the O2 SIM pack for my existing phone it was kind of rushed - I was on holiday at the time and didn't get chance to really looking into it. I bought the SIM pack on a buy one get one free special offer from an O2 shop and they mentioned something about a web tariff. I think they mentioned "talkalotmore". I vaguely remember sending them a text message to set-up the tariff and I get reminder messages because I haven't topped up I don't get free minutes or something?

Sorry I should I have phoned O2 before posting my question on here.

I'm in the process of working out which network/tariff is best for my needs and know absolutely nothing about O2 - only bought the SIM for cheaper calls to/from my brother who is on O2 for both work and play.

Anyway, I phoned O2 and discovered that I am on their "Online Talkalot" tariff with their "Talk Anytime" option where I get free any network minutes for topping up. If I don't top-up by a minimum of £10 it's 40p per minute to other mobile networks !! So, I think if I stay with O2 I'll get one of the calls bolt-ons.

Sorry again for the post.

Cheers,

Steve.
