My TV reception at the moment is being hampered by a dodgy server at HomeChoice's end. The picture freezes every ten minutes for up to two minutes at a time. It's been like that for three days and is getting very annoying. HomeChoice say they are awre of the problem and that we will be compensated, but it's very irritating and I can't imagine how bad it will be trying to watch the football on Sunday. Has anyone heard any more about this issue and wghen it wiull be fixed?

all we can do is wait and complain then ask them for compensation.

Or you could call and complain now, give them a kick up the ass to fix it quicker.

Yep, I've had the same problem for over a week now, I called yesterday and was told it should be sorted today, i've not had the telly on today so fingers crossed it is.

I asked about compensation for the disruption and apparently when we get the next bill we should call the payments dept and they will arrange a credit for the length of the disruption.

Im on the same server too and as of yesterday I think its all back to normal now. I rang today and got credit applied to my bill and also have managed to get the next 2 months for free and after those 2 months are up, I have been advised to call back and get a reduction in price for my pack, something to do with the tiscali change. My original pack is £17.99 and will be £14.99 in 2 months time.

I rang customer services and they gave me 0845 678 3363
they told me to choose option 2 then option 4 than option 2.
But when i rang, i got straight through to someone without any recording or options.
I was also told the 4 month Big pack freebie had expired in december.

edit to add: I just said I seen on a forum that people were getting 4months for free and since i had been a long term customer i thought i deserved it too. Then he went away to check and came back to me with that. 2months free then after the 2months packages goes from 17.99 to 14.99 but to ring to confirm it.
