What do you think of the Bt bt charges from May. I got an udate booklet the day with my BT phone bill. I dont think much of the new charges that are to start in May and its like the are trying to get everyone to use direct debit or a monthy payment plan. Also oif you no use answer 1571 for 90 days BT can switch it off.
I pay £10 nearly every 2 weeks on a BT payment card that gose towards my BT phone and Broadband bill. What do you all think of the new charges listed in the upade booklet that came with the BT bill.

I pay £10 a week on my payment card, towards my phone and broadband bill.I havnt seen these new payment options yet so i cant really comment.
Personnally i prefer to pay as i am at present.
If i dont like these new payment options i may go back to teleworst.
At least paying by direct debit monthly for all three services i can keep things under control a bit more.

£1.50 will be charged every 3 months for your 1571 service if you do not make at lest 1 chargable call every 5 or 6 weeks if you are on option 1. Also if you dont use the 1571 service at lest once every 90 days they will stop the service on your line and you will have to ask for the service back.
There are other minor changes starting in May but I cant remember them the now.
