I really hope that this is not a sign of things to come with the buy out by Tiscali??

Basically on Sunday I decided as I have the free 4mth deal I will take out Sky sports for a month as afterall the Arsenal v Man Utd game was on and fancied chilling at home and watching it.

So sunday morning called up the given number for Sky by wire on the HC website,
Call 1 - spoke to useless woman who told me after a long conversation cust services was closed. She gave me another number to call.
Call 2 - Spoke to a useless bloke this time! He took all my details, and kept asing for an installation number, after a fair few attempts I finally realised all he wanted was my home tel number!!! Cant understand why he could not just say that!
He stated "I will get someone to call you in the next hour so that can be sorted as I cant do it"

After waiting 4hrs I called back

Call 3 - Spoke to a woman again and she told me the last bloke was talking rubbish and customer services are closed and to expect a call back Monday. She told me only calling Sky direct could I be helped and could I get Sky sports anyway!
Call 4 - Called Sky "Homechoice WHO?" said the operator
Call 5 - Back to HC spoke with someone who told me that I did not need to call Sky and that they sorted it and they would get it switched on Monday morning after a call from a cust care advisor who would advise me on my package.

Not really good enough but hey, I gave up and waited till monday morning....

Call 6 - Called HC as had no call all day, "Sorry sir we have no record of any calls what so ever from you yesterday. I can turn Sky on for you if you like.....

My response to her "No thanks really not interested anymore!!!!"

That series of events that did not include one "Sorry" or any member of staff that seemed even slightly interested in what I had to say was close to the worst piece of cust care assistance I have ever had!

Huh? You don't need to call homechoice customer services, just sky by wire (who AFAIK is run by sky trained monkeys).

Only Homechoice can add subscriber services to their customer's accounts!
