Technosonic DVD2088 from Woolies. Too good to be true??
Has anybody got one of the above, and, if so, what do you think of it? An HDMI player with progressive scan, a card reader, scart and HDMI cable included. All for £39.95!!
Seems too good to be true! |

I know I'm digging up an old thread but it's better than starting a new one.
I decided to take a chance and got one of these today and so far I'm pretty impressed with it, if it doesn't blow up then it's well worth forty quid. Like my old Chello Divx player it seems to play everything thrown at it. |

If you find a thread on the Tevion DVD8000, it's the same machine.
I had one, it was fine... |

I read on another forum that a few people had problems, mostly the thing refusing to read disks. On the whole people seem happy with it though.
