T-Mobile Help- How do I leave them?

Hi.
I've got a T-mobile 12 month contract, which is due to expire in July.
I was wondering if theres any way I can transfer my number to Vodaphone or o2 befor this, as the signal where I live never gets above 2 bars, but is 4 bars on vodaphone & o2.
Anyone who works for t-mobile have any ideas?
I have a LG Chocolate.

As far as I know it's like most networks - you have to pay them the remainder of your contract price to get out of it and then they'll give you a PAC code to allow you to change your number to another network.

Unfortunately the OP is right, there is no way you will be able to cancel your contract without penalty for reasons of a good signal

Tmobile will tell you that the signal has been like this for ages, why are you deciding now that it isnt good enough, unless you have just moved, then you have a reasonable argument. They still wont let you out of your contract early though.

If your mobile is insured I think some insurances can buy you out of your contract for free. Is this correct?

Yeh, just moved there, also i've been putting up with it till now, but when you have to stay still in one part of your house. to speak on the phone, it's kinda taking the Mobile out of a Mobile phone...

if you take the carphone warehouse insurance policy out when buying a contract phone, you can take it back after the first 91 days and cancel the contract FOC - they pay the remainder of the contract. Only downside is, is if you have a special number (ie 07701 234567) you will lose this number.

But on the subject of the initial question, the best thing you can do is speak with T mobile, only they can give you an answer, but I think you will find that they will hold you to the terms of your contract, that is unless you pay the remainder to get out
