what do you like/dislike about your mobile phone?
i've got an SE K-series (K510i)
not convinced about the joystick design. it traps dirt... becoming faulty after prolonged use is an oft-reported issue... easy to click the wrong thing when navigating other than that its a nice phone.. great battery life, holds a clear steady signal, good camera Last edited by Ovalteenie : 23-01-2007 at 22:38. |

W800i here. Like the batt life, MP3 player with 4gb card, and call quality. Dislike the camera quality.

I've got a SE W300i and I like the music features on this phone but the camera is poor and really grainy. Plus this is my 300th Post

samsung D600
i like most of what the phone has to offer extremely easy to use, clear screen & display, one of the clearest loud speakers i've ever come across the camera *can* be a bit crap, certain mp3 files cause it to restart itself the battery life is good, starting to go a bit now though (had the battery just over a year) the design... somedays i find it looks kinda tacky, otherdays i quite like it i'm gone inthe head, i know... |

Yeah, the 6230i's ace. I've got a samsung e350e at the moment, does the job, quite well may I add.

Camera is great, I like the music sound level, maybe it's a different firmware version or something. I don't especially want it louder. Perhaps on the internal speaker it could be less distorted though. Joystick can be solved by using a can of compressed air to blast around there every so often. If not, the chassis is easy to dismantle. What I really hate though is the USB, doesn't seem to work on this firmware version, it always corrupts the files as it copies them so they don't work. I ran Chkdsk on the MS and it had caused crosslinks all over the place. And the MS doesn't seem to work on 2 different adaptors, or card readers, or even different PCs, but OK in the phone. Some formatting issue going on there, which is a pain, because I'd use the card reader. I just use bluetooth but it eats battery and is slower than USB. |

I have the Nokia 5140i which is enough for me, I like it because it's a Tough phone and will not break if you drop it. I also like it because I can make my own ringtones and use them on the phone using the MP3 function. Another is the great battery life.
The downside is the cruddy camera but I didn't get the phone just because it had a camera on it. Another downside is that you don't get a USB cable with it, you have to buy one which is a pisser. Okay my phone is a tad on the old side but I really don't use it very much, now less than ever because my courier firm issued me with an XDA so my phone is used maybe twice a week. SO unless it breaks down I have no need to upgrade it. |

Like most of it really, only dislike the crappy tmobile branding firmware it waters down such a good phone and the camera can always be better on phones in general |
