Damaged line reconnection
A bit of background info..
My mum used to use the BT phoneline ages ago and about 6 years ago canceled the service in favour of Telewest. Recently she ripped the BT telephone socket off the wall and cut the wiring (so it wasn't sticking out). She did this because it was in the way of her new blinds. She is now thinking of moving from Telewest phone/broadband to BT ADSL Max / phone. Does anybody have any idea how much BT would charge for the reconnection as well as fixing the damage? |

It would be classified as a new connection so if it is reconnected as a BT Retail line they will charge £124.99.

Hahaha..... that'll teach her, it sounds like something my mum would do, 'I don't like that ugly box'....that'll cost her !
