My next mobile phone ? (3G)

Here is the forthcoming 3G phone from Sony Ericsson. The link provides all the available information. Looks cool, but I hope mine isn't that colour.

Didn't you tell me one time that flip phones were stupid?

Does it say on the website when its coming out (i haven't found it yet). 'Video calls' and the like ... its all a bit futuristic isnt it!

I can't wait to hear what RipSaw's going to say about this one...

For me, it looks like a really good phone. I dread to think how much it'll cost though!

Well I never dismiss anything as stupid. I usually put more information into my posts than that. I think our discussion was about the twin displays on a Samsung flip phone. I was saying that unless it was a flip phone, (which my T68 isn't), then a twin display wasn't necessary, and I went on to say that I occasionally use my T28 flip phone that still doesn't need a twin display because it's designed in such a way that I can see the display when the flip is closed.

I think the main thrust of our discussion was that having a twin display wasn't necessarily, in itself, a positive design feature, and not having it wouldn't make a phone less desirable than one that did have it.

Its a flip phone, i do not do "flip phones".... I have seen what 3G Phone i want... and when its affordable.. and needed by me i shall get it. Unless somthing that imo looks nicer... comes out.

Incidently i have got 2 contracts up, which i can get the upgrade for, but i have no need yet.... is waiting for a 7250 to come out

oi, no flip-phone bashing!

I was surfing over at www.three.co.uk ... was terribly tempted to sign up for a 3togo package... it wasn't as expensive as i thought, but the 3 initial 3G phones they offer aren't meant to be very good
