I'm having trouble with my DVD on my computer, The DVD picture freezes randomly at menus but the sound still works.
I only own one dvd title and I have tried cleaning it lots of time What could be the problem???

Things like screensavers activating and antivirus software could cause hiccups like this, have you looked for a software update for your DVD software? or hardware?

whats your spec of PC? CPU, memory etc..?

I have a Celeron 700mhz 192mb RAM Intel 810 graphics
It should run fine, Maybe its the disc.
Do you know anything about firewalls?

hmmm... yeah your system whould run DVDs I guess. It might be worth getting the latest Intel 810 drivers from intel, maybe that might speed up things. Otherwise I don't know, sorry... and I'm not very clued up on firewalls...

Maybe someone else here might have an idea about this...?
