HomeChoice advice
I getting Cut off on the 3rd of feb
Would i be able to use my Internet all day on the 3rd feb also I heard they take the mark off within a few days after disconnection so we can swap ISP. is this True. Thanks |

If you have given the 1 month notice to cancel your service you can expect it to be done, providing HC have submitted the SMPF cease order to BT, which only takes them 5 working days to do (if succesfully submitted).
In some instances BT will action the SMPF cease a day or two early and so although HC are still supplying a service to you, BT have removed the line share so you can't receive it! |

I got cut off 3 days earlier when I moved house!
If you call customer services afterwards, they should give you a refund if this happens.
