Is Kate Ford leaving Corrie?

In an ideal world the evil harpie would be locked up for a good 20 years for pre-meditated murder, but in soap land will she ever go to court?

Kate Ford is leaving next month (I think) so I reckon it will be a very quick trial and conviction because unless they are going to let her get away with it and have her move away I don't see how else they can write her out so quickly.

In reality she would still get some time in prison even if she convinces them that it was "self defence" because it is still manslaughter but soapland rarely imitates reality nowadays.

She should be sent down and everybody should find out that she murdered Charlie in cold blood!!

My boyfriend (who claims to hate Corrie, yet always seems to be talking about it!!!) has said for a while now that he thinks Tracey will get bail (so far so good) and then do a runner with Amy leaving Ken & Deidre facing financial ruin as they've remortgaged their house for the selfish wretch! I guess it's possible, Tracey's certainly evil enough for that. Shame she doesn't know Phil Mitchell, he's always good for a false passport and a ticket to Brazil.

I think the trial does happen sometime in March because it's supposedly mentioned in the paper and when Holly's mum supposedly sees the picture of Charlie in the paper she recognises him as the man she met that night who said his name was Jason Grimshaw. Thus discovering she's left her baby with people nothing to do with the baby at all, and her real father actually lived across the road!
That's what rumoured to happen anyway.

So Holly would inherit the house and Tracy gets nothing (as it should be)

I've read on another forum that she gets 20 years. No idea how true this is. But since she's due to leave Corrie soon, it makes sense.

I hope David does something here that adds to her downfall, she will live to regret the day she ever relied on the psycho!!!

But i think she will get caught... and she will go to prison, along with David Platt for perverting the course of justice. But before she does, she will Kill Maria! Haha!

She should go down for life but if she gets off she should be permanently hypnotised into being the next Mrs *********
