Carphone warehouse airtime credit?

Hi,

ive just bought a new phone from Car phone warehouse online and it comes with £10 credit.

Ive registered the new SIM with T mobile but it's now a week since ordering and ive no credit as CPW have not creditted the £10.

What do i do??

I asked in their local store but they couldnt help!!
Ive emailed them with no reply.

Any ideas?

It says on their website the credit is applied on day 8 from activation.

I wouldn't hold your breath - you probably won't get it. I've had nothing but problems with the carphone warehouse over the years. And if you ring up, you'll be put on hold, moved from department to department and they'll hang up on you. It's a disgrace.

got my credit,no probs......8 day wait.
T mobile even said theyd move it to my existing number!!!

Well they did not do it to mine and they still have not. Been a month. I rang t mobile and they told me to go in the shop.
