...in Eastenders?

I missed an episode or two and now Joes dead and Sonias in the clear. Could anyone enlighten me please? I saw it from the episode where it was on the front of the paper about accidental death.

Sonia returned with Rebecca and Martin rang the police. Dot went round to Pauline's and Joe came and she was suprised to see him regarding he 'left'. They talked about the past abit and Joe started drinking. He was confiding in Dot and then confessed that it was him that killed Pauline on Xmas day with a frying pan. Dot then went mad and couldn't believe it. She rang the police and Joe threw the phone on the bed as it dialled. Jim came to the house and heard them argueing. He ran upstairs and Joe quickly grabbed Dot and put his hand over her mouth,they then all struggled and Joe fell back into the drawer and fell through the window. His confession was heard by the police on the phone and Sonia was released.
