GPRS + o2

Just been reading through another thread on WAP and O2 and I wondered..... I'm currently on o2 with 300 free texts and free wap and I have a nokia 7210. Am I able to get GPRS on my phone using the free wap mins? Also, i'm not able to send MMS messages... when I try it says 'GPRS connection not avaliable' . I rang O2 a few mins ago and they sent me some GPRS settings but they dont work. What am i doing wrong?

I am also on the 300 texts plan on PAYG, and I have a 7210. The free wap minutes cannot be used for gprs, but there is something better! Unlimited gprs! What you need to do:

- Ring o2, ask them to enable MMS on your sim.
- Wait about 30 mins, then turn your phone off then on.
- Go here and send the settings for Pay & Go GPRS WAP to your phone.
- When you get the settings, save them and activate them.

Then you should be wapping for free!

cheers mate, switched my phone off and GPRS is woring now

problem with MMS though. everytime i try to send a picture message, it comes up with an error. Do i need it to be enabled? i rang o2 up and they just sent me the settings.

Have you definately got the right settings for Pay & Go MMS activated? If it still doesn't work, try getting the settings sent from the page in my previous post, they work for me.
