I have a Virgin Mobile PAYG phone and use an 0845 free ISP to access my e-mail as the e-mail function on my phone needs a standard ISP instead of a WAP ISP.
Anyway I was looking on Virgin's tariff and it says "Local Toll Rate numbers" cost 10p per minute at all times, whereas just "standard UK calls, peak or off peak" go as low as 5p per minute.
So could I get cheaper calls if I used the geographic number for my free ISP (UK2.net) instead of their 0845 number? Any way to find out ISP geographic numbers?
Thanks
