Fowlers- End Of An Era For Eastenders
Tonight marked the end of an era for Eastenders. Lets hope the family will be reunited sometime. If Susan Tully ever wanted to return to acting or even in a couple of years have Mark Fowler Jr in the show.

You know i hope they decide to give dot and jim a phone call and let them know of the changed situation...or willl it be in papers on monday??
I think well have Rebecca back some day...its not right if rebecca doesnt appear the odd time to see her grandad Jim-even if m&s dont appear dot and jim should go pick r up and bring her back to albert for a weekend or something.... Its still hard to believe Fowlers are gone-and that Sonia is too...i cant imagine it without them! Nice of EE to drop in the fruit/veg stall licence thing-means it will be open for business again soon! |

Just thank GOD Martin and Sonia are gone. Just how many times can they be dragged through the same storylines over and over again?

Yes it's a very sad night for EastEnders - after 22 years and for the first time in EE History, we now have no Fowlers at all.
I'm sure a Fowler will be back in EE at some point. It'll be interesting to see the future of 45 Albert Sq now, and the stall. |

Im sure we will have a new fowler sometime in future...without a doubt!
I just hope 45 goes to a decent family who will as ian said put in the hard work required to bring that house into 2007! |

Did anyone see in the special on bbc3, that michelle was fetured for a split second, when her and Vicki were shown going in a cab.
That must be the first time in ages that they've shown a clip featuring her- and James (martin) never mention working with Susan Tully or bill Treacher, but he did mention working with Wendy and todd. |

I missed it so can anyone tell me if Martin and Sonia left together or not?
I stopped watching EE a while ago as I could not stand the fact that no one was allowed to be happy! Surely this time it worked out happily!?!?!? |

They were happy and they kissed and slept together, then sonia woke up, and went out. She came back to get her bag and they had a big fight. Martin and Rebecca moved into the Fowler house, but Martin realised that it wasn't what Rebecca wanted. Sonia got in a taxi and it drove away, while she was crying in the back. The cab stopped, and Martin and Rebecca were sitting in the road with betty, they all got in, Martin told Sonia that he loved her, and the taxi drove away into the sunset (well round the corner) to Julia's theme. |

Was Betty with Martin I never saw her.
I haven't watched EE in ages have been depressed with my own life so watching it would have me tryin to top myself. However I did watch fridays for the simple fact that it was the end for the fowler family. It'll be weird for a bit. Not that I'll watch much of it. |

Yeah, but the Fowler family were really descendants of the Beale family, that was the main family they were in, only cos Pauline married Arthur were they called Fowler. Still a few Beales left!

The only one I ever liked was Pauline, as strange as it may seem. I hope Martin never returns.
