Virgin mobile-free £20 if you top up £20?
I topped up with £20 in Dec after getting a promo offering free £20 ( £10 in Jan and £10 Feb). Has ayone else done this ? Did you get your free time? I have contacted virgin but they seem in a complete mess at mo"sorting it Monday".

I did this as well and didn't get the free airtime. I have sent them and email will see what happens. Not a good start to them launching as Virgin Media on thursday.

Yes the woman I spoke to said that they had an email which forbade them from giving the credit at that moment as "the team" will sort it out. She admitted that there had been a technical glitch and there had been a number of complaints already.
I find Virgin good usually but recently they have made some bad errors... |

Hi,
I have been chasing this up for DAYS now! Same problem. I've phoned Virgin about 4 times, they said each time we would be credited within 24 hours. When I phoned yesterday, I was told that the infamous team are investigating and that it would take 3 days... I like Virgin too, their tariff for PAYG is excellent. I've always found their customer service people helpful. Technically though, it's an arsing nightmare. I've had to get my Lobster 575 charger replaced 3 times within 4 months - and no, I didn't do anything to break them, the end just snapped off each one! I've been given free replacements, which was cool, but the last one took 8 weeks to arrive. Nice people, but its a shame that nothing ever gets done. |

Well I got a phone call in response to my email and they told me that they would apply the £20 credit and it would be active within a few mins. This was yesterday and the credit still hasn't gone on. Looks like I'm going to have to chase them up.

I rang up for the 99th time yesterday - and FINALLY got the first £10 on. The woman I spoke to told me that Virgin have added the ££ for most people but some got left behind. Hmmm.
Anyway, if you ring them up now, they will put it on for you immediately. |
