Bafta Audience Award - help choose the shortlist!

All

This year DS is part of the panel that will decide on the nominees for the Pioneer Audience Award at the Baftas in May.

As part of the process we want to hear from you and what you think should be on the shortlist.

So what's your show of 2006? Let us know by posting in this thread - feel free to debate it out - or email me directly at tvawards07@digitalspy.co.uk

The only rule is that the show must have aired in the UK in 2006 (but doesn't necessarily have to be a British show)

Thanks
Neil

Shameless Superb writing. I hurt from laughing sometimes.

Doctor Who deserve an award for bringing back a mini hero to kids and us oldies alike, in a brilliantly filmed and well acted series.

If I had to pick just one programme from 2006, it would be Life on Mars.

Bad choice. It has no atmosphere.

I have to say much as I love other shows the one that stood out to me and had the most quotable character of the year was Life On Mars and if you don't agree I'm going to stamp on your toys.

Got to be Life on Mars. The best new homegrown programme of 2006.

Life on Mars has got to be the winner , seems to have been the only decent original TV programme idea of 2006
But no doubt something audience friendly like X factor will win
