How does one successfully introduce A2M into a heterosexual relationship?

My girlfriend seems to enjoy A, so I would like some tips on how I can initiate taking things to the next level with A2M?

    Whilst you're having sex, wait until she's most turned on (and most liberal - i.e. just before she's about to orgasm) and then take it out and try and get her to do it. :D

    It looks like the OP has had some good advice. There is always a danger that with such a sensitive subject it could descend into Smut Almighty.
