What should i get
Hi all
There is a BT master socket in my house. but currently its not 'connected'. I know that for example, if i had a vodafone cell i could get a vodafone landline cheap. My question is, what deals are there at the moment for landlines? with any company? Cells in the house are O2 and 3. (incase either of these have offers) I want it mainly for broadband only, i dont expect to be making any calls on it. So if the deal was like a line+broadband combo that would be great. Im not in a NTL(cable) area. Thanks in advance! |

BT might reconnect the line free of charge. Quote:
Reconnect a BT line If you don’t have a telephone provider and believe your property once had a BT line that has been disconnected, simply look for a white BT phone socket on your wall. If you find one, this may give an indication that you can get connected* Please call 0808 100 7722.
Give them a call.

The majority of companies require you to have a BT line before you can switch your line rental to them.
