I am due to get a new phone and have pretty much narrowed it down to these two.

Can anyone tell me what the memory is like on either of these? Also how many texts can you receive before inbox is full? This might sound daft but I send a lot of texts and it drives me mad when I have to delete to receive more!

Thanks

20?! That's a definite no for me then. The phone I have at the moment holds 220 and I still have to delete those! LOL

I had heard people say the heat sensitive buttons are annoying.

I cant fault it apart from the 2 little issues i mentioned there which are annoyin. Im gonna go back to a "traditional" phone. One which has no heat sensitivity

I have heard A LOT of complaints about the heat sensitivity on various sites and forums lol

I was reading a review on another website and some guy said the screen cracked by itself when he left it lying on the table! LOL!

I really don't know what phone to get. The one i have just now - samsung s600i - is awful! Only good thing about it is the memory.

My samsung e900 stores about 200 texts!!! I am getting the nokia 7373 next week tho just ordered it cos i fancy a change. I love samsungs and the e900 was good but i found it little slow and the touch sensitive buttons were awkward sometimes!

I have the 7373 it's sooo pretty! That's gotta be the reason people get it, the design is amazingly cute. I'm happy with the memory because I too like to sned many texts with out deleting regularly, on my old pink noikia it held about 500 messages or more so that was great. I'm hoping this one holds as many as im already on 100 after a few days. It has better memory than my old phone so it should do. But i have the so the battery life is dissapointing though, it only lasts a couple of days max less if i use the camera/media stuff lots/. Doesnt seem long enough to me im lazy to charge. I give the phone 7.5/10

Its sooo pretty! That really makes up for it being slow.

My e900 currently has 190 text messages stored. The sound quality is not good as it should be neither. My old Samsung D600 has amazing sound quality.

I've had the e900 for about six months and have never been able to get used to the heat-sensitive buttons. They are simply a pain in the arse.

Well I never said it was slow, that must be your inadequate model Please enlighten me as to how it is slow? Loading things or what? Slow would not be one of my complaints. Battery longevity is my main complaint really. Other than that things are hunky dory but i've only had it a week.

I dont have one! the one i used was slow to react to button presses, and took a few seconds to realise it had been spun around to its other position.

I got the Nokia 7373 yesterday and dont find it slow at all!! It was slow for a wee bit when I loaded at theme on it that was too big for its memory. When i put it onto the memory card tho it was fine. I loved the E900 but found that it was very slow reacting to button presses!
The nokia is gorgeous tho and so far its functions are great! Shame 02 dont support the push to talk feature!
