I can't see anything here about this and my apologies if I have duplicated.

This is a Channel 4 programme about young ballroom dancers which airs at 9 pm tomorrow.

The TV preview I read at the weekend sounded very disapproving of the whole thing.

Ergo...small girls doing rumba, etc, etc......

But will certainly be watching. In fact...the kids LOOKED like the kids who did the spot on the last series, but then they can look alike.

I really dislike adults doing the rumba never mind little kids that shouldn't be allowed!

LOL yes.....

But having such massive withdrawal symptoms, I'm ready to watch anything.

Though I can say that the kids on ITT made me want to hit them.

I would imagine that it would be more like the sort of rumba that we ordinary dancers do, rather than the professionals' version.

I won't be able to watch it tomorrow as Tuesday is Ballroom Night for me!!

(Just in case I'd not mentioned that before )
I posted this on my beloved Vincent/Louisa/Flavia thread cos I also have serious misgivings about child dancers. Its lovely to dance when you're little and I always admire dedication and hard work, but competition should be left until much later I feel (as someone who's never won a competition in her life I'm probably just biased!)

I'd have paid that if I'd been as stupid as I was in 2004.

Would like to have all Julian on tape especially.
