I used a 3410 until a few weeks ago when I bought a third hand Motorola Razr. Not a brilliant phone, but does the trick.

I have a 5110 which is 9 years old, so a fair bit older than 3310 and works fine. I also have a Nokia 101 from 1992 which was one of the first phones available on Vodafone at the time (Cellnet coverage was too patchy where I lived); before dumping Vodafone to go for the then newly launched Mercury 121 service that gave free calls in London after 7pm.

My sister was using a Nokia 3510i until a couple of weeks ago. Obviously although it has limited features, its never let her down.

I use my 3310 daily, mainly for text messages.

I've just been given a 3510, but its not easy to switch on as the original fascia has been lost and I'm using an iffy replacement - I was amazed to find somewhere selling fascia for it last week so its the best I could get.

Did you try on ebay?

Anyway its nice to use an old phone now and then when they were just basic Reminds me of the good old days.

3310s are ace! I prefer the simpler Nokias, like 6230is. I had one for a while, and you can see they haven't changed really. Menus are still the same designs, simple, but effective.

I've got a 6230i but changing to a SE K750i tomorrow but the 6230i will remain in a draw in case I need it again.

I used a 3310 up until last April, have a k750i these days.

Just fancied a new handset. The 3310 worked, well, after I bought a new battery for it.

Ah, The 3310. Who hasn't had one of them sometime in their phone-using life? I'm using a e350e at the moment, small slide phone from samsung. I want a Treo though.

We always used to sneer at the year 7s with phones because they didn't actually need them! Then again, this was years ago, being Year 11/6th form, and phones hadn't really taken off so much.

Oh god. Don't ask me about Yr.7s and phones. On my bus almost every little year 7 is playing music on their phone! Why? To even fit a decent amount of music on it, you'd almost certainly need a memory card of some sort, and then your into iPod territory price wise!

There probably isn't anything you can tell me about it - I even know of eight year olds with phones. Why? :S

Kids and music on phones... NCT are supposed to have banned it on the buses, but even today there was some little chavster (about 5'4 and looked about 11) who was on the back seat of the bus listening to "music" on speaker phone, at the front, you could hear it. My speaker isn't that loud, I don't know what they do to them! I use headphones anyway.

k750i with a 1 GB memory card.

I just dont like the idea personally. I love my iPod and its short battery life and very easily scratched back, even though its been in a case all It's life.

Oh I like the idea all right... but then in my pocket I have about 7 GB worth of SDs, a 1 GB FM MP3 radio thing, a SD MP3 player, as well as my mobile.
