I checked my Flext allowences yesterday and had about £80 left... then later at midnight I made a 2 hour call. I cheked my allowence info this am and says i have nothing left and £25 worth of unbilled calls!!!
I contacted T-Mobile and after gettin a call back an hour later they said that the call didnt disconnect! i checked my call duration and it said 11 hours of calls made this month (reset it every allownce aniversery)! 11 hours @ 20p is about £130? which as i checked last night works out right...
I think it was a system fault with t-mobile, but blamed me!!! If it was my fault and i didnt hang up, surely they wouldnt credit me £80 back???
