Just watched This Morning's DOI special and this week they actually spoke to the Pros !

They interviewed Lisa and Matt & Lee and Frankie and let the Pros say some words too - amazing.

Apparently Lisa is doing the head banger this week (the one that Bonnie kept bashing her head on the ice on) and also an overhead lift where she sits on Matts hand and is around 3 metres high in the air. Lee is doing a lift which may hurt Frankie's wrist if it goes wrong.

Looking forward to tomorrow already - I know how sad is that

I saw that too, I was glad we got to hear from the pros (especially Matt!!) The head banger and sit lift sounds scary but I think id feel safe with the lovely Matt, the competition sounds really good now!!!
