Hello. I'm very excited about watching the Brits this year. Its going to be live for the first time since Sam Fox blundered her way through with a man from Fleetwood Max.

I just wondered though. Does anybody know if it will be repeated?

Its scheduled to be aired live on ITV1 on Wednesday, but I can't see any listings for a repeat.

Any help appreciated.

I think the Brits are a complete waste of time and with that idiot Russell Brand hosting, they will be even worse. I have never, ever liked them and will watch anything rather than them.

The Brits is a overhyped load of rubbish. And with Russell Brand as presenter its an even bigger turn-off.

It's just a bunch of nancies strutting around thinking how hard they are (hello, Oasis)

Even though I don't like The Brits and don't usually rate any of the winners, I still can't resist watching it every year. This year is even more irresistible for me because it's live with Russell Brand so it'll probably be a shambles. I'll probably have to change channels during the live performances though.

I must admit that it seems to get worse every year and a contributing factor to this is the stupid changes to the award categories. This, and the fact that British music has been rather crap in recent years....

Well I for one am looking forward to them! With my 2 fave band playing (Scissor Sisters & Take That) & Russell presenting, its unmissable for me!! However I don't relaly pay much attention to the winners, as alot of the awards are chosen by a panel, rather than the public!

ITV are risking it big time by showing the Brits live, what if the 1996 awards with that Jarvis Cocker incident had been live?

I usually watch the Brits.........it's one of those 'love to hate' shows.........I find myself tuning in and slagging off everything in sight for the next three hours........now that's what I call a good night in!

........But not this year though.........Valentine's Day and all that.........I'll have to give it a miss to take my wife out for a romantic candlelit dinner for two..........

Blimey! What a happy bunch you lot turned out to be?
Still no answer to my question though. Also, amazed that so many people take the time to post in a thread that belongs to a programme they don't watch nor wish to watch.

Oh yes! Indeed. Going out to dinner on Valentines evening when you pay extortionate prices for the same meal which will be half the price the next day!

You can always spot a married couple in a restaurant! They're never talking to one another. Always look miserable like they're at a wake and spend their entire evening, listening to conversations going on at the tables around them! Most irritating if you want a private conversation.. as the married couple will be straining their necks and nearly land in your soup.

To answer the OP's original question, it might be on ITV2 or 3 at some time but don't hold your breath.

I heard it's going to be live, now that's just asking for trouble, I'd better set the sky+ just in case the show goes tits up like on the first ever brits.

I can remember the Sam Fox/Mick Fleetwood live Brits disaster (the ultimate car crash TV) so I'm hoping this year's Brits will be equally entertaining

Normally, I would be quite interested, and watch them - especially with them being live, but with Russell Brand hosting, I'm definitely going to give it a miss. And I hope he makes a major cock-up

Like others - it's on Valentine's Day so for that reason I won't bother watching.

I couldn't care less who wins...and to be honest I'm expecting Take That to run away with best single when I think that it it should go to The Kooks... and best band will go to the ultimate cure for insomnia - Snow Patrol.

Boring.
