Canceled Cancellation Canceled
I canceled my homechoice a few weeks ago (I posted here at the same time), I then canceled the cancellation. I had voice messages confirming that it had all been reinstated.
Just been on holiday for two weeks and get back, the tv and internet is down. Phoned up homechoice, "your service is canceled - two weeks to reinstate". So, I may as well just leave as it was the loss of internet for two weeks that made me cancel my cancellation. Any recommendations for an 8mb+ internet without a cap? Thanks |

Alternatively I may just ask a neighbour if they don't mind sharing their wireless. |

Well, after hours getting through to departments, it seems that the installations department are the ones with any authority on the computers and any idea what is going on.
Seems my account was suspended then cancelled despite my account cancellation being cancelled. I would have thought that if it was being suspended, they would have contacted me. Installations also said that it would be possible to open a new account and I would be connected within 24 hours. After all the hoops I just jumped through, I took the cease broadband and goodbye homechoice route. It's not been a bad service, however if I had had the option of cable or sky earlier, I would have taken it. Here comes 16mb broadband, sky one and more for £31 a month. Nice. |
