His dancing tonight looked like it had potential, his skating, erm, didn't. Maybe he would have done much better in SCD as its solely dancing, rather than having the added problem of staying upright too.

He seems to have good rhythm, and is quite short so is the right height.

Yes,i think he would do much better on SCD. He really is not comfortable on the ice and his confidence isn't growing as much as the others. But the dance moves he gets to do are quite good.

Nah, the BBC wouldn't use a person who had done a similar thing before. Plus, I think its nice to have completely new to the dance scene celebs.

IIRC, Carol Smilie did "Strictly Ice Dancing" before she went on SCD.

And David Seaman Strictly Ice Dancing before DOI.

Yes. I thought that last week; he's got a good posture for SCD. He's really not confident enough to look right on ice. Nice lad though.

It was a one off special soon after series 3 of SCD I think.

Yes, he is a nice lad and that's why he keeps getting through. People don't always vote for the best skater. I agree that SCD would have suited him better.
