Jean slater is coming back, someone on digital spy read in a magazine that jean reunites bradley and stacey, so fingers crossed jean returns in the spring.

So finger crossed they may be reunited before the summer and if she is good she could be a full time member of the cast in the summer if it all works out


i hope jean and stacey have great scenes together again as they are great and i enjoy watching them, so i hope stacey and bradley get back together.

does anybody else agree with me on this please.

I'm glad Jean's coming back, but I think the rumour about her reuniting Bradley and Stacey has been around for quite a long time now! I'm not sure that she will. Although maybe indirecly cause of what happens with Sean and Jean. That might bring Bradley back on side.

I wonder if stacey will turn to bradley if things get difficult between sean and jean as i think stacey still loves him deep down, what do you think.

Will stacey go to bradley for advice about the problems with sean and jean even after what she did by having an affair with his father, what do you think.

How do you reckon bradley will be drawn back in to stacey life again, i reckon it will be because of her problems with jean and sean, what do you think.

Yeah I agree. I think that Bradley will feel sorry for Stacey, cause if this Jean/Sean thing comes out she'll probably lose her mother. And she's sacrificed her whole life looking after her. For something like that to happen it would be horrible.

Do you reckon that if this sean/jean thing comes out she will turn to bradley for support as she regrets hurting him and that she will start to fall in love with him again, what do you think.

Will it draw them closer together.

Jean was in an episode of Dalziel & Pascoe the other night and she seemed quite normal

I reckon jean would love bradley and stacey to get back together, would jean plan something like this behind their backs, what do you think and set it up.

I think jean would want to speak to bradley all the time even through stacey broke his heart when he confessed his love even though max told her to lie to him.

Jean also has a soft spot for bradley and perhaps she fancies him as sean hates his mother as perhaps jean has a thing for young boys, what do you think.

I like Jean. The actress is very good too, so it's good news that she's coming back. Not such good news about her reuniting Stacey and Bradley. Stacey is FAR too good for Bradley. Bradley made his choice before (snotty Lydia), so IMO, he doesn't deserve forgiveness from Stacey.

i hope they do bring Jean in full time, she's an interesting character, and quite different to what we have there already.

I loved the Slaters when they first arrived, would be good to see Kat & Alfie, Little Mo & Freddie, Lynne, Belle, Zoe & Kerry all back in it, well, I'd like that anyway!!!

I think this is one of Diederick Santer's "big plans" for Stacey.

I think taking Jean out of Stacey's life would be a MAJOR mistake on the part of the producers and writers, as she is such an integral part of Stacey's character. There's a danger the character will end up in a dead end if they cut her off from too many people.

Jean I reckon will be pretty instrumental in Bradley and Stacey's relationship, they made it clear last night that Jean is the glue between them.

I also happen to think that Stacey, Sean, and Jean living in the Slater's would make for great drama.

I like Jean she should definitely be in EE more. fantastic character and room for another good storyline

I would like to know why Sean is so angry with her. There are loads of rumours but I think one source, in an article/interview said it was

Good news. Jean Slater is an excellent character and Gillian Wright an excellent actress. I also think it would just be good to have a character in EastEnders who did not live in Albert Square; they would not necessarily have to make her live there. Obviously her return will probably coincide with Sean's.

I agree, Gillian Wright is a fantastic actress and I love Jean as a character. The scenes between Jean and Stacey last year were simply brilliant and some of the best Eastenders has produced in the last three or four years. (in my opinion)

Does anybody know if this article was definitely in the newspaper? The reason I ask is because I've been hoping Jean would return for ages now as I think she is a fantastic character. There have been rumours before and it has always been a brief appearance. Lets hope her next stint is longer.

Do you reckon that jean would form a close bond with bradley then if she lived in albert square as jean has taken an instant liking to him when stacey was with bradley as i could see bradley playing a close part in stacey life as i think bradley is an important person in stacey life and would be a best friend on the square as stacey does not have many friends on the square who know her like bradley does and i think stacey still cares for him very much even if they was not together as a couple for a long time into the future as i think jean would love to get bradley and stacey back together one day as a couple as stacey has only introduced bradley as the only boyfriend at the time who could accept her mother as she truly is and i don't think any other guy on the square could understand jean as much as bradley did.

Would Jean form a close bond and friendship with bradley if she moved into albert square as bradley is very close to her daughter stacey what do you think.

I don't want Bradley and Stacey to get back together. Stacey is a little tart and Bradley can do better. Jean has got her own problems to sort out.

I could also see bradley being a close friend of jean's and jean trying to reunite bradley and stacey but i could see it from one side really as stacey may want them to get back together but bradley may not as she has betrayed him with his father, as i would love to see stacey chasing after bradley this time around as i would love to see the roles reversed as stacey would find bradley hard to get this time around and jean may encourage stacey to try and win him back as i would like jean to tell stacey to jump out of him when he least expects to see stacey as he could not get away from her then.

As i expect jean would not let bradley get away from stacey that easily and i could see jean trying to build bradley and stacey's trust in each other again as i could see stacey offering friendship to bradley like she did over christmas time and bradley rejecting it this time around over stacey affair with bradley's father as stacey would probably feel like she lost her best friend if bradley rejected her friendship again because of her betrayal with his father and stacey realising she may of lost the only person outside her family who would ever understand her for who she truly is and who will ever understand her fully for what she is and he treats her mum jean like a normal person and i think no one else on the square would treat stacey as well as bradley does in understanding her mother illness and if stacey had bi-polar i think bradley would understand stacey as he understood jean so well of her condition and bradley does generally care if stacey had troubles with her mum and she had the same illness herself.

what do you think.
