Hi sabreuk1975

I work for Vodafone and may be able to help.

The only fault that we are currently aware of in Yorkshire is around the Kirklees area, which is simply a mast experiencing problems.

If your not in this area, if you go to www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us. You will then have the option to send us an email. If you include FIT165 in the body of the text. It will then be picked up by a team who monitor the forums. They can then look into the problem you are having in more depth.

Hope this helps

Hi Flagpole

At the moment we don't have a way of checking faults/ problems etc on a webpage.

However, if you ever experience any network problems, if you go to www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, you can send us an email. By including FIT165 in the text, it will be picked up by a team who monitor the forums. They will be able to look into it and respond as quickly as possible
