Help re changing Mobile
I have changed my mobile from an O2 X1b to a Nokia 6010 the problem is all my text messages on the o2 X1b I would like to keep is there anyway of transferring them? Sorry if this is a stupid question . I'm not that techy with mobile phones.

Unless you can find an option on the old phone to move the texts to the SIM card (which only holds 10 texts) then you can't move them. The only way you be able to do it is sending yourself the messages to your new phone.

Send them to youself but do not open the messages until you have registered your new SIM. This means the messages wil lstill be on the platform waiting to be read. You should not lose them that way

Did you mean activate the SIM? Do you mean message centre? Surely the easiest way is to put a sim in the new handset, send the messages to the new handset, then put the old SIM in the new phone. |
