Kyran Bracken: 'Dancing On Ice is a Torvill and Scream'

He joked: "I'm now at one with sequins. And I'm surprisingly comfortable about wearing lightning stripes on a tight top.
"I'm even cool with wearing a pink belt and I actually quite like fake tan although it's a bit embarrassing having to stand there in my pants while it's sprayed on."
But Kyran, 35, got in a spin when he was asked to wear a thong under his costume.
"I couldn't get on with it at all. I felt totally interfered with so I've now taken to wearing cycling shorts."
The ex-England ace also admitted he's been the butt of jokes from his team-mates.
He said: "I've had an awful lot of stick from the lads. They've been watching and think it's hilarious.
"I got more texts after the first show than I did when we won the World Cup.
"I have to go through about 40 messages each week. I get lots saying, ‘Hello Twinkletoes!'
"It's all good banter and it's mainly abuse about my clothes."
He added: "Skating's a great sport and I'm loving every minute but it's harder than rugby."
Kyran will be one of the stars joining mentors Torvill and Dean for a 12-date tour next month.
He said: "Dancing with them will be a dream come true. It'll be tough but I can't wait."
