I thought Customer Service was now supposed to be open until 10pm?? I have just phoned and the recorded message says it's closed, I was only talking to them 10 minutes ago and rang back with another question.

Are ex NTL areas, still only open until 8pm?

there is something odd going on I think

sometimes when I call retentions it asks for my phone number and a hash afterwards

othertimes ... not

so perhaps you get routed to 2 different call centres (or more ?)

That's for Retentions only but customer service is open much longer hours

I called them for my dad on sunday and did 150 only to get a recorded message saying the office was closed and to call back mon-fri 9-5, this is ridiculous to be honest where is the flexibility and customer service in that?

Maybe its a fault with the IVR as it also didnt give me any options to press for faults, billing etc which it usually does!!!

Maybe an email to them maybe in order to find out what is actually going on its not a good start
