Customer Service opening hours?
I thought Customer Service was now supposed to be open until 10pm?? I have just phoned and the recorded message says it's closed, I was only talking to them 10 minutes ago and rang back with another question.
Are ex NTL areas, still only open until 8pm? |

there is something odd going on I think
sometimes when I call retentions it asks for my phone number and a hash afterwards othertimes ... not so perhaps you get routed to 2 different call centres (or more ?) |

Maybe its a fault with the IVR as it also didnt give me any options to press for faults, billing etc which it usually does!!! Maybe an email to them maybe in order to find out what is actually going on its not a good start |

Another advantage of Sky over cable is 24/7 customer services which are free via saynoto0870.com
